Found out by doing some more research that it is the big groves in the belt that makes it wine loud. I was told to put a Razor belt on as it has smaller groves to quiet it down and more grab area. I am also going to put that ruberized sound proofing on the outside of the clutch cover when I have it off.

What belt did you go with ? I learned after trying a Gates that the belt itself is a common cause - I thought my clutch was fried, but just swapped the belt and it was all good. BRP is a safe bet to avoid noise, but other brands can whine like crazy.
